Prime Season was fantastic. We needed a new furnace. Nick came out to look at the old system. Very thoroughly looked things over and came up with a plan to remove the old furnace and install a new one. Offered a very competitive price and had his team out here the next day. The removal and installation was a big job in tight quarters and took the entire day. The installers were very courteous and made sure everything was done properly. When all was finished, they actually left the area cleaner than it was before they started. Another follow up with Nick when it was finished and we were back in business. A nice warm home again. We had Alex K from Prime Season come out for an in home estimate and decided to go with them to replace our malfunctioning heating and cooling system for a two stage Carrier system. Unlike other companies that just throw quotes at you, he took the time to walk us through our options and help us choose the right setup for our home specifically.
